What is the reason why the double column planner surface grinder worktable does not start

With the progress of society and the development of the times, our automation equipment has also been widely used, especially our double column planner surface grinder, which is an indispensable machine in industry. So what is the solution for the double column planner surface grinder not to start working!

1. Check the L2 and L3 power control circuits, inspect the auxiliary interlocking points of SB8, SB7, and KM6, and check if the KM5 coil connector is loose or detached. If they become loose or detached, please reconnect them.

After disconnecting the control power supply, use a multimeter to test the coil resistance of the KM5 contactor to determine whether it is an open circuit or a short circuit. If there is an open or short circuit, replace the same type of coil; If there is no spare coil, replace the KM5 contact device. The coil is normal. Check if the main contact of the contactor is intact and if the operating mechanism is flexible. If it gets stuck or not flexible, replace the contactor with a new one.

When the power is cut off, use a multimeter to test the auxiliary normally closed contacts of the KM6 contactor connected in series with the KM5 contactor coil. If the contacts fail, check if the contacts of the KM6 contactor are welded and cannot be loosened, or if the auxiliary contacts are too dirty, have poor contact, and have impurities inside. If the contactor is not released properly, replace the KM6 contactor; If the auxiliary contact KM6 normally closed interlock point of the contactor is too dirty and has poor contact, the activated carbon fiber can be connected to another set of KM6 normally closed interlock points to solve the problem.

Test with a multimeter whether the two contacts of the stop button SB8 can be reliably connected while disconnecting the power supply of the vertical axis round table surface grinder. If it fails, please replace the button. In addition, after pressing SB7, you can also test whether the two contacts of the button can be reliably connected. If not, replace the start button.
