Firstly, excessive feed of the spindle during grinding of the workpiece results in critical impact on the grinding wheel and workpiece during high-speed rotation, causing the spindle to deflect and generating ripples and vibrations during the grinding process. In this case, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing on the spindle itself. The second issue is that the front end bearing of the spindle has water ingress, insufficient sealing, and rusting of the bearing.

This way, the bearings can be replaced and the dynamic balance can be carried out again to repair the main shaft well. Thirdly, the material rigidity of the spindle itself is insufficient, and the lack of quenching during the production of the shaft sleeve directly leads to abnormal noise in the subsequent use of the spindle.
